Booking an Appointment

If you are an existing patient, we have an online booking option available. New patients to the practice will need to call reception to arrange an appointment.
Please do not book an appointment through email, as we check and respond to email infrequently.
We anticipate that there will be delays due to a high volume of calls. Please be patient with us, and thank you for treating our staff with politeness, kindness and respect
If you require an urgent appointment because you are unwell on the day, please advise our reception staff. We have appointments reserved each day for Urgent / Acute conditions. These can only be booked on the day, and may be booked with another GP at the practice if your regular GP is unavailable.
If you have COVID and need oral anti-viral medications, then please call reception and we can organise a telehealth acute appointment.

Fee Structure
We are a private billing practice, which reflects and enables our commitment to providing quality health care.
Fees are payable at the time of appointment. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. Videoconferencing or phone consults require payment over the phone via credit card.
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, there may be a cancellation fee (50% of the appointment fee).
A list of our usual fees will be displayed in the waiting room. A full list of fees is available from reception on request.
Please note that all new patients will require an initial long appointment to be booked.
Prescriptions & Referral Letters
We prefer to see you in an appointment to obtain prescriptions and referrals so that we can review your progress and assess whether the medication remains the best treatment for you.
Prescriptions online and via telephone request
This service is only available for medications that are current and have been prescribed by your doctor within the last 6 months. There may be exceptions to this, at the doctor’s discretion. An appointment may be necessary
Referrals online and via telephone request
This service is only available for current active conditions which your doctor is aware of and has recently reviewed. It is at the doctor’s discretion whether a referral is written or whether an appointment is required
